China’s “Two Sessions” Prepare the Country to Meet Global Headwinds

The annual session of China’s National People’s Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the two bodies of the Chinese legislature, met during the week of March 4. These gatherings, the “two sessions”, traditionally lay out the perspective for the
