Five Weeks from Decisive Elections in Germany, Where Do the Parties Stand?

As Germany gears up for the early elections on Feb. 23, none of the parties seem to be aware of the tectonic change in world politics now ongoing. At least, their campaign platforms do not address the new realities, beginning with the rise of the enlarged BRICS and the decline of Western global domi
